What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can I return my pump if I have already opened the box?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on pumps that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Does Willow Pump accept HSA or FSA payments?
Yes, Willow Pump is an eligible health expense. You can use your HSA or FSA debit card at checkout, or pay with a standard credit card and submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement.
Is there a warranty on the Willow wearable breast pump?
Yes, the Willow pump motor is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, while pump parts and accessories are covered for 90 days.
How do I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship directly to customers within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
